1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kova Systems Ltd(Company No. 17360556 Registered in England & Wales), registered at Suite 53C, Unimix House, Abbey Road, London, NW10 7TR, UK.

By downloading, accessing, or using the KOVA mobile application or website (heykova.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Offered

KOVA is an intelligent scheduling, chat, and task management application that allows users to create events, reminders, and bills using text, voice notes, photos, and document uploads.

3. Subscriptions & Free Trial

• Free 14-Day Pro Trial: New users automatically receive a free 14-day trial of KOVA Pro features upon signing up.

• Free Forever Tier: If you choose not to subscribe to a paid Pro plan at the end of the 14-day trial, your account will automatically downgrade to our Free Forever Tier, which provides access to core free features with no obligation to pay.

• Paid Plans & Billing: Optional paid Pro subscriptions can be purchased on the website dashboard (processed by Stripe) or via Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Store Billing. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds for store purchases are subject to Apple and Google’s respective store policies.

4. User Content & Conduct

• You retain ownership of all text, images, photos, documents, and voice notes you upload to KOVA.

• You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing material.

• KOVA AI processes your uploaded content solely to render functional app features (e.g., converting a uploaded photo or voice note into a calendar reminder).

5. Calendar Integrations & Local Data

Reminders, tasks, and bills created inside KOVA are managed natively inside the application.

Pushing events created in KOVA to an external Google Calendar requires explicit user authorization. KOVA does not read or import external calendar events from third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The KOVA app is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive for absolute precision in our AI features, Kova Systems Ltd does not guarantee that automated event extractions from voice notes, text, or images will always be error-free. Users are advised to review scheduled calendar events for accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Kova Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost events or app downtime.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
